Katharina Schlereth received her PhD at the Philipps-University in Marburg under the supervision of Thorsten Stiewe, where she also pursued postdoctoral training before she moved to the Division of Vascular Oncology and Metastasis at the DKFZ for a senior postdoctoral position.
